An afternoon of original folks songs, textured with old time, bluegrass and Irish trad, with The Frockens

Join us for an afternoon of music with the The Frockens, Ben Scott (guitar, flute, vocals) and Conor Doyle (mandolin, fiddle and vocals) who blend Irish, Australian and American folk styles to tell stories ranging in time and space from convict-era Sydney, to the wilds of the Antarctic, to the taxi-queues of recession-era Dublin. They also have a grá for singing ballads and playing traditional tunes. The Frockens recently launched their debut album Old Willow’ to a packed house in Templeogue.
